Elena Aguilar is an educator, coach, author, and founder and president of Bright Morning, an international education, coaching and consulting firm. I was first introduced to Elena’s books in BCPS when I was a staff development teacher. What struck me immediately about Elena’s work was how candid she was about her experiences as a coach. Her honesty made me laugh and exhale with relief. Her stories were my stories. I have since brought her work to schools, coaches, and educational leaders and teams.
