Coaching
Engagement coaching is a style of coaching that takes you from the present to the future and beyond. The process provides clarity in thinking and purpose in living. I am a trained ICF Engagement Coach. Here is what clients have said:
“Niamh’s engaged listening, insightful questions and thoughtful guidance helped me change a pattern of behaviour that had reached its shelf life a long time ago, but that I couldn’t seem to shake off until we talked. I would highly recommend her easy, natural and empathetic approach to coaching; it really helped me get unstuck.”
“Niamh has been an inspiration and role model to me in my work as a consultant. She is extremely knowledgeable, and is a great resource for her teachers and district colleagues. What I love most about Niamh is her warm, caring personality which makes her so approachable to everyone. I, along with all of her colleagues, am so blessed to work with her and learn from her.”
“Niamh’s coaching has provided me the reflective understanding of how my teaching is aligned with my intrinsic values and how I can use my best practices to develop a more productive student citizen .”

Workshops
I offer workshops on multiple topics from ‘The Art of Building a Team,’ to ‘Dealing with Difficult People,’ and ‘Create Your Leadership Narrative,’ a process that guides participants to identify themes in their leadership journey and purposefully redirect their stories. Here is what clients have said:
“I found this workshop confronting, which is one reason why I loved it! Through the process of identifying and connecting with my core values I saw that I could no longer “suffer” in my work situation, and it was time for a career change. I needed to be the “leader” of my life and align my work with my core values- creativity and authentic self -expression. “
“I had never completed an exercise that clearly showed me my values. It was reaffirming for me to see that despite my struggles in my career I am using those values every day. The process validated my work and commitment.”
“Niamh facilitated a coaching experience that allowed me to reflect upon my journey as a leader and also consider future goals and actions that align with my core values. Her Framework for Women and Leadership and the conversation that ensued continue to resonate as I approach a new school year as a school administrator. “
“Seeing how the elements of my leadership opportunities align with my core values was incredibly impactful. The work allowed me to see that when my core values were not present in my leadership, my leadership suffered. Niamh’s framework for women in leadership is an incredible tool that I will use as a touchstone to inform my future leadership opportunities. Additionally, I will use it to guide my current leadership opportunities.”
