Franca Muller Paz is running as the Green Party Candidate for Baltimore City Council District 12. Franca was born in Lima, Peru and moved with her family to New Jersey when she was one year old. Early on, she experienced injustices based on zip code. Today she is a teacher and organizer in Baltimore City.
